  Constraint Der Inhalt als auch die textuelle Gestaltung des section/text-Elements obliegt dem Ersteller. Sinngemäße Angaben der in den Level 3 codierten Inhalte sollten hier geführt werden.

Im Falle einer Labormeldung sollten Informationen wie die Probeninformation, die meldepflichtige Krankheit sowie etwaige Analyseergebnisse angegeben werden. Die Struktur (z.B. Tabellen) kann analog zum ELGA Laborleitfaden angewendet werden.

Im Falle einer Arztmeldung sollten Informationen zur meldepflichtigen Krankheit (inkl. Diagnosesicherheit), Angabe zum Todesdatum (wenn Patient/Patientin verstorben ist) sowie etwaige Auslandsaufenthalte angegeben werden.
